We are beyond happy with how personable and easy to work with you guys were. We didn’t feel awkward at all. I had a lot of trouble thinking about the way I looked because I’m pregnant, but I felt amazing day of.

My makeup looked pretty good. It took way longer than I thought it should. Also, the “technique” she used to ‘keep my curls in place’ dried the heck out of my hair and is now damaged. Also, that “technique” didn’t work. She was spraying hairspray in my hair and THEN bringing the curling iron to my hair while the hairspray was still wet. I could see hear and smell my hair cooking. Devastating. Also, the hair and makeup took us firemen to twenty minutes past into our ceremony time. So we were very late. Luckily the officiant was super understanding and laid back.

I think having a back up location could be stressed to the couple when booking. Our first attempt at a ceremony was rescheduled due to weather. During hurricane (Or any Other disaster) season, Maybe suggest a backup location to help the couple prepare and avoid travel fees.

Thank you so much for planning/coordinating this day for us! We had the best time and we’re blown away with how easy and beautiful it all was! We will forever recommend Simply Eloped and admire our photos/memories of our marriage.
