Irina made us feel comfortable when it came to taking pictures! She worked so well with us and got a lot of shots we wouldn’t have thought to get.

I had a free technical issues where I didn’t receive emails from my personal planner at times, but other times I did. I may have missed more than I thought, but I know that my fiancé had received some that I didn’t get and vice versa. Due to a technical error of some kind, we never received the final itinerary (even after asking my personal planner to resend) but were able to log onto the website to view it. Also, I had trouble logging into the website if I had previously put in the wrong password. I need to close the page and open a new page, provide the correct password in order to access my account. I couldn’t try to retype my password on the same page after entering an incorrect one.

Jacilyn was amazing. She took the time to get to know us on a personal level through communication leading up to the ceremony, and she was flexible and encouraged us to provide her with feedback and guidance as to our preferences for what we wanted out of the ceremony. She did a wonderful job during the ceremony as well as leading up to it.

The packages were easy to understand and simple to select from and felt flexible and customizable.

Jesi was very easy to work with and we both felt comfortable and natural in our photos. The beach was unusually busy and she had to work hard to get photographs without other people in them. The only complaint we would have had, most of the photos had Travis white washed- we honestly believe it was because she had to be mindful of the other beach goers in the background.
