Overall, she was very good in terms of listening to us. However, I rated her an 8 for several reasons. She asked for a playlist of our favorite songs for our highlight reel, but didn’t use any of them. I spent hours putting that playlist together and then not to use them felt like I wasted my time for no reason. Another reason is the lighting she used for the ceremony. From one video camera, it was amazing and from the second one, it looked like a home video. Having those two types blended into the highlight reel was strange. It would jump back and forth between the nice footage to the ‘not so good one’ and it made the whole video experience feel awkward. Based on her Instagram account, I really expected more.

Our time frame was from 4-7 both artists left at 6am, we did not receive the touch ups and by the time I made it to my ceremony at 8 am my lashes were coming off. Also our group cabin had several people and several kids sleeping and while they were setting up they were pretty noisy by dragging chairs across our rental cabin. Other than those things my hair and makeup did look fantastic and they were both very nice and knew how to do the looks each of us wanted. In the future maybe a more realistic time frame and or make sure there is not too much time for touchups that they aren’t even received at all.

Chelbe was amazing! She was the reason I was calm and has been amazing since first contact. I wish she lived near me so I could hire her more.

I think simply eloped should do more research on their elopement locations. Redfish lake in Idaho in the summer is extremely busy. It’s almost impossible to find a parking space. And even harder to find a quiet space to elope and take photos. Very early mornings would be best there in the summer. But it’s pretty chilly in the AM. So they should be warned of that too.

Margie was a life saver! She helped us find parking when there was essentially nowhere to park and she helped calm me when I started freaking out because I forgot something back at our hotel. She is amazing and we will always be grateful to her and to simply eloped!

Seemed like an easy company to work with and had locations where we wanted to have the ceremony.

Cate was wonderful. She was way ahead of schedule getting all us of done and did such an amazing job. She gave realistic input to inspo pictures and we all looked beautiful! She was very flexible and asked if anyone wanted anything changed or touch ups and was more than willing to accommodate and adjust to each woman’s vision.

Our photographer was so great! Jessica provided helpful tips and advice for poses and our photos turned out better thank I could have ever imagined. She also gave us our photos very quickly. I was expecting a two week turnaround but she completed them in a few days.
