2026 Simply Eloped Summer Promotion – Terms and Conditions

(Offered by The Knot Worldwide Inc. (“TKWW”) or its affiliates)

1. Eligibility

This promotion is open to:

  • New customers who book their package and submit the required deposit during the Promotional Window (see details below) for a ceremony taking place in the 2026 calendar year.
  • Ceremonies must be officially scheduled and completed between the date of booking and December 31, 2026. 
  • Not valid for existing bookings made prior to July 15, 2026, postponed ceremonies originally booked prior to the start of the Promotional Window, or ceremonies scheduled for 2027 and beyond.
  • Eligibility will be determined at TKWW’s sole discretion.

2. Promotion Details

  • Eligible participants will receive a 10% discount on the total package price, exclusive of applicable taxes and any additional fees (including, but not limited to, travel, cancellation, and early-morning fees) outside the quoted package price.   
  • This offer applies only to eligible  Simply Eloped packages booked during the Promotional Window. 
  • Does not apply to standalone add-ons purchased outside of the initial booking bundle, or cancellation fees. 
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
  • The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash or credit value.

3. Redemption and Term

  • This promotion is valid from July 15, 2026 through 11:59 PM PST August 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Window”), inclusive.
  • Eligible customers may redeem the promotion once.
  • To redeem, participants must enter the designated promotional code at checkout or complete their online sign-up and deposit payment through the Simply Eloped booking platform during the Promotional Window. 
  • Additional requirements or steps (if any) must be completed before the promotion expires.

4. Limitations

  • The 10% applies only to the specified plan or package and excludes applicable taxes.
  • Any upgrades, add-ons, or subsequent purchases not clearly stated in these Terms and Conditions are not subject to the promotion and will be subject to TKWW’s standard pricing.
  • TKWW reserves the right to verify customer eligibility, modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice and/or disqualify any participant believed to be manipulating or otherwise abusing the redemption process.
  • By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the applicable TKWW service-specific terms, and any other policies referenced or made available during the sign-up or redemption process.

5. General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Except as otherwise stated, these Terms and Conditions, together with any relevant service terms, constitute the entire understanding between TKWW and the participant relating to this promotion. TKWW may modify these Terms and Conditions and may suspend or cancel this promotion for any reason at any time, with or without notice. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
