Ceremony Rules & What to Know

Please follow all venue rules during your ceremony. These regulations help protect the property and ensure events can take place without interruption.

General Use & Guest Access

  • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
  • Only licensed service animals are permitted on the property.

Parking

  • Parking is available for $38 per night, per vehicle, or by the hour.
  • On-site parking is available at 401 President Ronald Reagan Way and is first come, first served.
  • Overflow self-parking is available at 502 2nd Ave S.
  • Payment can be made via the QR code located at your chosen parking area.
  • Parking validation is available for as many vehicles as needed.

Decorations & Materials

  • All décor must be freestanding.
  • Décor may not be affixed to walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, or any venue surface.
  • The use of nails, screws, tape, adhesives, or similar attachment methods is prohibited.
  • No confetti, glitter, or rice is permitted.

Candles & Open Flames

  • Open flame candles are not permitted.
  • Enclosed candles may be permitted with prior venue approval only.
